Damp outside air carries spores and other matter past the cabin filters into ducts and vents. Condensation builds inside, an ideal breeding ground for bacteria, fungi and mould, so smells follow and released spores may trigger asthma and other respiratory problems. Stagnant smoke and musty smells are tackled too; very strong odours may need a second use. Re-treat every six months to a year.

Directions for use:

1. Use only where ventilation is good: open garage or driveway.
2. Run the engine, air conditioning at its lowest temperature.
3. Fan at maximum, recirculation on, engine running a few minutes.
4. Shake the can and stand it upright: centre cup holder, armrest or behind the passenger seat.
5. Press the top lever down firmly to activate.
6. Leave the vehicle, windows closed; check it will not lock itself.
7. Allow 15 minutes to reach the whole cabin and vents.
8. Switch recirculation off for direct flow, then open all doors and windows 15 minutes more.
